I work with energy. I feel it, I read it, I move it. I've been doing this long enough to know that the body holds everything we haven't been willing to feel yet, and that most of what keeps us stuck isn't mindset. It's energetic.

I'm psychic and a channel. I do energy healing to release what's stuck in the body and field. I read birth charts. I hold ceremony. I facilitate plant medicine journeys. I lead retreats.

If that's a lot, I get it. I contain multitudes. I'm a Manifesting Generator in Human Design in case you can't tell. 

 

But all of it comes back to the same thing: I help people move through transitions, life changes, and the hard, beautiful in-between spaces with more ease than they thought was possible.

I didn't arrive at this work from a textbook. I arrived at it because life cracked me open and I had to find a way through.

I've walked through grief that rearranged me. I've set boundaries that cost me relationships I was told I wasn't allowed to lose. I've sat in the kind of silence where you find out what you're actually made of.

 

And somewhere in all of that, I discovered I could feel things other people couldn't. That my hands could move energy. That the messages coming through weren't just for me.
