Join Nina and Christena for an evening of gentle, yin-style restorative yoga, immersive sound healing, and hands-on energy work designed to soften your nervous system, clear what's been collecting in your field, and bring you back to center.

✨ Your Facilitators

Christena Shreve-Elza is a Shamanic Yoga Teacher and Medicine Alchemist with 25 years of practice and 200 and 300 hour training. Her work lives at the crossroads of the body, the earth, and ceremony, weaving movement, plant wisdom, and energy healing into a grounded, transformational practice.

Nina Sperry is an Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, Medicine Alchemist, and Astrologer whose work sits at the crossroads of the cosmos, the energy body, and the soul. Drawing on a foundation of energy work, shamanic facilitation, and a lifelong study of the stars, Nina weaves astrological insight and plant wisdom into a practice that helps others clear what is stored and come home to themselves.

Shamanic Yoga Christena will lead a restorative, yin-style practice designed to soften the nervous system and open space for what wants to move. Gentle, grounding, and deeply nourishing. Your body will thank you.

Sound Bath An immersive sound healing journey to quiet the mind, release tension held in the body, and reset your energy. Let the vibrations do the work.

Energy Healing During the experience, both Nina and Christena will be offering energy work, clearing blockages and supporting your system to integrate with greater ease, clarity, and lightness.

1:1 Energy Work

During ceremony I’ll work with you to release trapped emotions and stagnant energies so your system can integrate with greater ease and lightness.​
