Holding It All Together is a live group healing created to clear overwhelm, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. And to finally put some of it down.

We’ll use intuitive energy healing, Emotion Code, Body Code, Reiki, and a guided meditation to release the trapped emotions and beliefs that keep you running on empty. You’ll leave lighter, calmer, and with more room for yourself going into the holidays.

Once you book, you’re in the container. Everyone in it receives the healing, whether you’re on the call or not. At work, at the dinner table, or asleep on the couch.

Energy work doesn’t need you on a screen to reach you. Your booking connects you to the group, and the clearing works on everyone in it at the same time.

Every session is recorded, and you’ll get the replay afterward to listen whenever works for you.

Grounding and Teaching

We’ll ground together, and I’ll share a short teaching on trapped emotions and how overwhelm and over-giving feed each other.

Group Energy Clearing

Through intuitive energy healing and reiki, we’ll clear anxiety, worry, fear, and emotional exhaustion, along with where they’re sitting in your body.

Releasing the Over-Giving

We’ll clear the guilt, obligation, and beliefs that keep you carrying everything for everyone.

Guided Journey

A guided journey to help you finally put some of it down.

Closing and Integration

We’ll close together, and you’ll leave with simple integration tips and aftercare to support you in the days after the session.
