✨ Your Facilitators

Christa Rose is a Shamanic Medicine Alchemist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Sensuality Coach whose work bridges plant medicine, energy healing, sensuality, and integration. Through shamanic practices, energetic alchemy, and somatic awareness, Christa helps others navigate deep experiences, reconnect with their bodies, explore their sensuality, and integrate what has been awakened within them. As a Reiki Master Teacher, she guides her students in discovering their natural energetic gifts and developing their own unique relationship with energy, honoring the wisdom and healer that already exists within each of us.

Nina Sperry is an Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, Medicine Alchemist, and Astrologer. Her work brings together the cosmos, the energy body, and the soul. Drawing on a foundation of energy work, shamanic facilitation, and a lifelong study of the stars, Nina weaves astrological insight and plant wisdom into ceremonies and sessions that help people clear what is stored and come home to themselves.

✨ What to Expect

Blue Lotus Ceremony

Sip a cup of blue lotus, prepared with love and intention. The ancient dream flower of the Nile, blue lotus softens the heart, enhances intuitive clarity, and floats you into the dreamy, receptive state that opens the door to stillness.

Blue Lotus Rolls

Hand-rolled blue lotus to relax the body, quiet the mind, and deepen the effects of the tea.

Grounding & Movement

A grounding meditation to connect with your body and learn to tune into your own energy field, followed by intuitive movement to get out of your head and move the medicine through your system.

Shamanic Journey Into the Void

A guided meditation and shamanic journey into the void, the still, dark space where everything is created. As we approach the winter solstice, we’ll release what’s complete and listen for what wants to emerge.

Sound Healing

Immersive sound to carry you deeper into ceremony, supporting nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and full-body presence.

1:1 Energy Work

During the ceremony we’ll work with you to release trapped emotions and stagnant energies so your system can integrate with greater ease and lightness.

Reflection and Sharing

Time for journaling, embodiment practices, and an optional group sharing circle to anchor your experience into your physical reality.

✨ Deepening Your Journey with Plant Medicine & Energy Healing:

For those who feel called, you may choose to deepen your ceremony with additional plant allies and one-on-one energy work. These are optional and you can decide during the event.

Monoatomic Gold

An ancient alchemical substance known to elevate the vibrational frequency of the energy field, supporting greater clarity, expanded awareness, and a deeper connection to your own light.

Blue Lotus

Enhances intuitive clarity, softens the heart, and supports deep relaxation.

Microdose

A gentle doorway into the subconscious combined with one-on-one energy healing.
