Mabon is a significant point on the Wheel of the Year. Mabon, also known as the Fall Equinox, is a time of balance and reflection, marking the midpoint between the light and dark halves of the year.

Christena Shreve-Elza Christena Shreve-Elza is a Shamanic Yoga Teacher and Medicine Alchemist with 25 years of practice and 200 and 300 hour training. Her work lives at the crossroads of the body, the earth, and ceremony, weaving movement, plant wisdom, and energy healing into a practice that is as grounded as it is transformational.

Nina Sperry is an Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, Medicine Alchemist, and Astrologer whose work sits at the crossroads of the cosmos, the energy body, and the soul. Drawing on a foundation of energy work, shamanic facilitation, and a lifelong study of the stars, Nina weaves astrological insight and plant wisdom into a practice that helps others clear what is stored and come home to themselves.

Blue Lotus Ceremony Sip a warm cup of blue lotus, prepared with love and intention. The ancient dream flower of the Nile, blue lotus softens the heart, enhances intuitive clarity, and floats you into the dreamy, receptive state this Pisces full moon lives in. It's the gentlest doorway into the water, exactly the frequency the equinox is asking for.

Shamanic Yoga 

Christena will lead a restorative, Yin-style practice designed to soften the nervous system and open space for what wants to move. We will shift the density out of our field and connect with our bodies.

Shamanic Journey & The Threshold A guided meditation and shamanic journey to the doorway of the season. Together we'll honor what you built this year, release what's complete, and open your hands to receive what the equinox is calling in. Through breath work, sound healing, and deep inner travel, you'll drop into the still point between summer and fall and let the moon carry out what you're ready to set down.

Sound Healing Immersive sound to carry you deeper into ceremony, supporting nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and full-body presence.

Reflection and Sharing Time for journaling, embodiment practices, and an optional group sharing circle to anchor your experience into your physical reality.

1:1 Energy Work During ceremony we'll work with you to release trapped emotions and stagnant energies so your system can integrate with greater ease and lightness.
