Cacao is known as medicina corazón, the medicine of the heart. This sacred plant invites us to slow down, open, and connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.
In this ceremony we will gather in community to honor change, set down what feels heavy, and welcome renewal with ease. This is a space for reflection, heart connection, and gentle healing supported by cacao with the option to deepen your journey through additional plant allies and energy work.

Cacao Ceremony
Enjoy a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao prepared with love and intention. Known as the medicine of the heart, cacao helps us soften, expand, and connect.
Shamanic Meditation Journey
Guided breath work, meditation, and sound healing to support reflection, release, and renewal.
Reflection and Sharing
Time for journaling, release practices, and an optional group sharing circle.
