Sassafras Ceremony

Shamanic Journey & The Descent A guided meditation and shamanic journey into the dark. As the veil thins at Samhain, we'll descend together to meet what's been living in your shadow, honor those who came before you, and surrender what's ready to compost. Through breath work, sound healing, and deep inner travel, you'll move through the underworld and back, lighter for having looked.

Sound Healing Immersive sound to carry you deeper into ceremony, supporting nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and full-body presence.

Reflection and Sharing Time for journaling, embodiment practices, and an optional group sharing circle to anchor your experience into your physical reality.

1:1 Energy Work During ceremony we'll work with you to release trapped emotions and stagnant energies so your system can integrate with greater ease and lightness.

✨ Deepening Your Journey with ​Plant Medicine & Energy Healing:

For those who feel called, you may choose to deepen your ceremony with additional plant allies and one-on-one energy work. These are optional and you can decide during the event.
