This ceremony is about the full, unapologetic reclamation of yourself. All of you. The parts you show the world and the parts you've tucked away because they felt too dark, too messy, too much.

Cacao, the ancient medicine of the heart, will hold us as we soften into radical self-acceptance. Even the murky stuff. Especially the murky stuff

This is where you stop abandoning yourself.

This is where you offer the same tenderness inward that you've been pouring outward.

Together, we will meet the version of you who already knows you are whole. The one who already lives in the frequency of deep, unwavering self-love. And this version of you has something to show you. Something to remind you of.

Because the truth is: You don't need to become someone new.

Enjoy a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao prepared with love and intention. Known as the medicine of the heart, cacao helps us soften heart walls, expand our frequency, and connect to a 5D state of being.

Shamanic Journey & Future Self Meditation A guided meditation and shamanic journey designed to bring you face to face with the highest version of yourself. Through breath work, sound healing, and deep inner travel, you'll receive the codes, the clarity, and the remembering that your future self is already holding for you.

Sound Healing

Immersive sound to carry you deeper into ceremony, supporting nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and full-body presence.

Reflection and Sharing

Time for journaling, embodiment practices, and an optional group sharing circle to anchor your experience into your physical reality.

1:1 Energy Work

During ceremony I’ll work with you to release trapped emotions and stagnant energies so your system can integrate with greater ease and lightness.​
