Every season has its medicine. Spring's is this.

In the ancient traditions of the Southeast, Sassafras was known as the Heal-All and the Great Road Opener. Indigenous elders used it to mark the turning of the season, to purify the spirit, and to prepare the body for ceremony. Root workers washed their floors with its essence to clear the path before beginning their most sacred work.

This ceremony honors that lineage.

Co-facilitated by Nina and Christena, this is an invitation to clear the path and come home to yourself.

Sassafras carries an ancient code of balance, realigning the giving and receiving, the yin and yang, and the internal currents of your own energy field.

✨ Your Facilitators

Christena Shreve-Elza Christena Shreve-Elza is a Shamanic Yoga Teacher and Medicine Alchemist with 25 years of practice and 200 and 300 hour training. Her work lives at the crossroads of the body, the earth, and ceremony, weaving movement, plant wisdom, and energy healing into a practice that is as grounded as it is transformational.

Nina Sperry is an Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, Medicine Alchemist, and Astrologer whose work sits at the crossroads of the cosmos, the energy body, and the soul. Drawing on a foundation of energy work, shamanic facilitation, and a lifelong study of the stars, Nina weaves astrological insight and plant wisdom into a practice that helps others clear what is stored and come home to themselves.

Ceremonial Cacao

The medicine of the heart. Cacao melts heart walls, invites openness, and creates a warm, receptive state for the journey ahead. All participants receive ceremonial Cacao. Those on The Full Journey will also receive Sassafras, our traditional Spring Tonic, to deepen the clearing and open the road from within.

Shamanic Yoga

Christena will lead a restorative, Yin-style practice designed to soften the nervous system and open space for what wants to move. We will shift the winter density out of our field to make room for the rising energy of Spring.

Shamanic Journey & Sound Healing

A guided immersion releasing the density stored in your field so the soul has room to settle in, calling your light back into a grounded, rested body.

Energy Healing

During the ceremony, Nina and Christena will both be offering energy work, clearing blockages and supporting your system to integrate with greater ease, clarity, and lightness.
