Join me online for a slow, grounding Winter Solstice cacao ceremony designed to help you soften, reset your energy, and reconnect with yourself.

Cacao is known as medicina corazón, the medicine of the heart. This sacred plant invites us to slow down, open, and connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.

The Solstice marks the turning point of the year, the moment the light begins to return. It’s one of the most powerful times to pause, breathe, and listen to what your inner world has been trying to say.

This ceremony is a gentle space to land, reflect, and feel held.

We’ll share cacao together, move into guided meditation and group healing, and clear the internal noise that builds throughout the year. You’ll leave feeling settled, connected, and more in your body.

Join the live Winter Solstice cacao ceremony from home.

Includes the full ceremony, guided meditation, group energy healing, and the replay.

If you can’t attend live, you’ll still be held in the container and included in the healing work, and you’ll receive the replay within twenty four hours.

Ceremony + Private Remote Healing Session - $88

Everything included in the online ceremony plus a private thirty minute remote healing session with Nina.

This session is done before or the ceremony to help you integrate, clear stagnant energy, and deepen the intentions you set.

You’ll receive scheduling instructions after registration.
